Tasting notes
Quality in every bottle
Blanco tequila from Los Altos and artisanal espadín mezcal from Oaxaca.
100% agave blanco tequila
Los Altos de Jalisco · 35% ABV
100% agave
Agave from the Los Altos region of Jalisco. Only piñas at their peak ripeness are harvested. 35% ABV.
Cooking
Cooked in masonry ovens to hit the exact point of doneness.
Milling
Once cooked, the agave is pressed in a five-stage mill with the must quality monitored throughout.
Fermentation
The must ferments in stainless steel tanks with natural malolactic fermentation — the source of its gentle aromatics.
Distillation
Double distilled in copper coil stills. Between heads and tails, only the heart of the distillate is kept.
Tasting note
Bright white with silver highlights. Aromas of raw and cooked agave with sweet fruit and citrus. On the palate, cooked agave with a citrus finish.

- Cooked in a conical stone oven for 5 days at 800 °C, milled in a pink quarry-stone tahona, naturally fermented in pine vats and distilled in copper and stainless steel stills.
